Munchee's Smokehouse is owned
and operated by Gary Blevins of
Lake City, FL. Munchee's was started
in 2005 as a competition cook team.
After winning two first place
trophies at the first contest,
Munchee's hit the BBQ circuit in
earnest. The competition team
consists of Gary Blevins, head cook,
and his brother, Perry Blevins, the
overseer of details.

While traveling the BBQ competition
circuit, there became quite a
demand for Munchee's BBQ at
parties, weddings, fundraisers and
other gatherings. What a devoted
fan base had been amassed! This
was when the catering side of
things really started. Munchee's
Smokehouse is set up to bring
mobile catering to your event of 50
to 500. Please check your dates at
least two months ahead as many
weekends are already booked.
